NEET Application Form 2019
The application form of NEET will be available on the official website of NTA from November 1 to December 7, 2018. Candidates must be ready with scanned copies of their passport sized photograph and signature at the time of filling the application form. Candidates have to follow the below mentioned steps in order to fill NEET application form.
Step 1- Registration for NEET
The foremost step while applying for NEET is to register for the same. At the time of registration, candidates have to enter their name, guardian’s details, mobile no., email id, category, nationality etc. Candidates also have to create a password of their choice to complete the registration process. On successful login, candidates will receive a provisional NEET application number on their mobile number of email id.
Step 2 - Fill the application form
While filling the application form candidates are required to enter details such as personal details, place of birth, medium of examination, choice of examination centre, qualification details etc.
Step 3 – Review the application form and final submission
On entering all the information correctly, candidates need to check all the details entered in the application form. On checking all the information, click on ‘Submit’ button.
Step 4 - Uploading of documents and images
While filling the application form, candidates have to upload scanned copies of their passport sized photograph and signature in the prescribed format. The size of the photograph uploaded must be between 10kb and 100 kb and it must be in .jpg format. The size of the signature must be between 3 kb and 20 kb.
Step 5 - Payment of application fees
- Candidates can pay the application fee either in online mode using Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Banking or offline through SBI e-challan.
- The application fee is Rs. 1400 for General/ OBC candidates and Rs. 750 for SC/ ST/ PwD/ Transgender candidates.
On successfully submitting the application form, a confirmation page will be generated. Candidates need to download and take a print out of the confirmation page and keep it safe for future references.
