Three Score Perfect 100 JEE Main Paper-2 Result Out

Two students from B.Arch and one student from B.Planning have achieved a perfect 100 NTA score as JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 results were declared by National Testing Agency on the official website. Result was declared on January 23, 2020. Exam of JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 for the B.Arch and Planning was conducted in two shifts on January 6, 2020.

Result can be viewed from the official website by entering Application Number and Password or Date of Birth. Result will contain subject-wise score and total NTA scores of the candidates who appeared for the exam. The NTA scores are published after normalization of the scores obtained in the two sessions of the exam.

Important Points regarding NTA Score:

• The NTA score is based on the relative performance of all the students who appeared for one session of the examination.
• It is a normalized score across all the multi session papers. 
• Marks obtained are converted into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session.
• NTA score is not the same as percentage of marks obtained.
• The NTA Score of a particular candidate indicates the percentage of candidates who have scored equal to or below (same or lower raw scores) him/her in that session.
• The NTA scores of a Candidate have been calculated by using the given formula:

(100 X Number of candidates appeared in the 'Session' with raw score equal to or less than the candidate) / total number of candidates appeared in the 'Session'.

Of the 1,38,409 candidates who registered for B.Arch, 1,12,679 appeared for the exam. As many as 59,003 candidates registered for B.Planning exam. Of them, 44,517 candidates appeared.

1. Visit the Portal of JEE Main 2020: jeemain.nic.in
2. Click on the Results
3. Login to your registered account using your Application Number and Password or Date of Birth.
4. Once you have successfully logged in to your account, the result will be displayed on the screen.
5. Download the result and take a print for future reference.

What if you did not score as per your aspiration?
